Flight items are shipped after graduation as those are produced the week of graduation.
We are only able to ship to US domestic addresses/ US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands) and military APO or FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

In stock items require 2-3 business days to process, and then an additional amount of time to ship based on location. Non stock items and customized items may take longer.
Customer pick-up available at our off-base ware house location with allowance of 5 business days to fill orders. Flight shirts are available Thursday after graduation. Past graduation items, BMT blanket and Memory Blankets are not eligible for order pick-up. Banners still require 2 weeks instead of 3 weeks for pick-up orders. Items not picked-up will incur shipping costs that must be paid before items will shipped. Refunds will not be issued on customized items.
Shipping method is USPS - United States Postal Service. Estimated transit time is typically 3-8 business days, depending on shipping method chosen.
If you order multiple items, the items may ship out to you in multiple shipments.
You are entitled to FREE USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE Shipping if you spend over $200. If the shipping does not come off automatically on your online order please email your order number to [email protected] and your shipping will be credited back to you.
We advise against trying to ship directly to the Airmen in BMT, these items are unlike to be returned if they miss the airmen in shipping.
Customer Pick-up
All Lacklandshirtshop.com orders are available for pick-up at our off-base warehouse location during regular business hours (Mon-Thurs 9am-3PM, Fri 9am-Noon) . Orders require 3-5 business days for processing.
Past grad flight items and flight blankets, are not eligible for order pick-up.
Pre-order Flight Shirt pick-up is Thursday after Parade from 9am-3pm.
Any orders not picked up will incur additional shipping costs, customized or custom made items will not be eligible for refund due to failure to pick-up, see item description.
Return Policy
Merchandise returned for exchange or credit must be returned within 30 days from receipt of order.
Return credit will be the value paid for merchandise, not to include the shipping charges.
If an item ordered and item received are different and/or incorrect, we will ship out the corrected item at our expense.
Customers have 90 days to dispute items or charges.
Pre-ordered flight shirts and hoodies are not refundable after graduation.
Past Graduation flight items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customized and custom-made to order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We are not responsible for redoing customized items that do not fit properly. Please call if you have questions before ordering.
