Provide Airman's Title, Name, Flight #, Squadron # and Date of Graduation.

Custom Medallion at the top of each plaque.

Small - Plaque measures 6" x 8" holds wallet size (2" x 3") photo.

Medium - Plaque measures 8" x 10" hold 5" x 7" photo.

Large - Plaque measures 10" x 13" holds 5" x 7" photo.

Extra Large - Plaque measures 12" x 15" holds 8" x 10" photo.

Please note that photos of your airman are not included with the plaque. Customers have to supply their own photos for the plaque.

Plaques include the photo holder only. This item is custom engraved and make take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Flight Plaque does not include a photo display.
